Cancel your plan
Cancel any time from your subscription page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

- Open Subscription.
- Press Cancel subscription.
- Choose when it ends: at the end of your billing period, or straight away.
| Option | What happens |
|---|---|
| End of billing period | You keep your plan and credits until the date shown, then move to Free. We don’t charge you again. |
| Straight away | You move to Free now. |
Paying in US dollars?
Press Manage billing on Subscription to cancel or change your card.
Refunds#
We don’t refund the unused part of a period. If we charged you twice or by mistake, email hello@clipcrew.ai. We refund those in 5 to 7 working days.
Your account, clips and channel stay after you cancel. To remove everything, see Delete your account.
