• We will retain account information and billing history as long as your account is active or as needed for essential functions (e.g. auditing, legal obligations).
• Uploaded content and generated transcripts will be retained for a specified period unless you request deletion. After that, we will permanently delete or anonymize them.
• Users may request deletion or export of their data (see Section 8).

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data or uploaded content. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
