About ClipCrew
ClipCrew is where Indian creators and brands work together. Brands plan creator campaigns, test budgets before they spend, hire ranked creators, pay per milestone and see results by creator. Creators get brand collabs in writing, paid to UPI, plus AI clipping and a crew they can hire.
ClipCrew is not an agency and not a marketplace where creators bid. Both sides work on one shared page: the rate, usage rights, revisions, milestone payments and a signed agreement. The brand pays our service fee. The creator keeps 100% of the agreed rate.
We built ClipCrew for India first. Prices are in rupees, creators are paid to UPI or bank, and brands get an invoice for our fee. Clipping and captions work in English and 11 Indian languages, so creators aren’t stuck with tools that only understand English.
What ClipCrew does for brands
Campaigns in one place
Plan, staff, track and pay for each campaign on one page. It moves from Planning to Recruiting, Running and Completed, and shows what needs you next: a creator to sign, a post to approve, a payment to release.
Simulations before you spend
Pick a product, set a budget and split it across creator sizes, from nano to mega. See the likely cost per result, reach and return on ad spend as a range, with a confidence label. Nothing is spent.
Triggers that draft campaigns
ClipCrew watches your targets, launch dates, seasons in your calendar, campaign results and unspent budget. When one needs action, it tells you or drafts a campaign. Seasons like Diwali show up 45 days ahead, so there’s time to book creators.
A person always decides
Triggers never spend money, invite creators or publish anything. Someone on your team reviews the draft and launches it. Spend over your limit goes to a named approver first.
Creators ranked for your goal
Every creator gets a fit score for your campaign: topic, audience, performance, price, safety and track record, with the reasons shown. The list includes YouTube creators who aren’t on ClipCrew yet. You approve every invite.
Results by creator
Each creator gets a tracked link, a QR code and a code like JAYA10. Results come in from your tracking tool, your own servers, a spreadsheet or by hand. You see cost per result and return on ad spend for each creator, next to your target.
Numbers you can trust
Every campaign shows whether it’s on pace, what each result costs and whether it’s worth it. Views for paid YouTube posts are checked daily. We never guess whether a sale would have happened anyway. That stays “not measured” until you add your own estimate.
Payments and invoices
Release each milestone when the work lands, or pay many creators in one batch. Pay by UPI, card or netbanking in India, or by card abroad. Creators are paid to UPI or bank. You get an invoice for our fee.

Tell us your products, the results you count, what each one is worth and the rules creators must follow. Switch on ready-made rules for ASCI ad labels, investing (SEBI), crypto, gaming and health. Campaigns, simulations and creator ranking all use them.

How pricing works
Brands pay a monthly plan from ₹4,999, plus a service fee of 10% to 2.5% on what they pay creators. Creators never pay a fee on collabs.
Creators start free with 30 credits for clipping. One credit is one minute of source video. Paid plans run from ₹499 a month. Hiring crew is free on every plan. See every plan on the pricing page.
