There are two ways to connect YouTube. They do different things, and you can use both.
| Way to connect | What we see | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Type your channel handle in the Channel tab of your profile | Public details only: name, picture, subscribers and videos | A profile brands can find and invite |
| Connect YouTube in Creator DNA | Your YouTube Analytics, after you sign in with Google | Watch time, audience and growth insights |
Add your channel by handle#
- Open the Channel tab in your profile.
- Type your handle, like @yourchannel, or paste your channel link.
- Check the channel we found is yours, then confirm.
This is read-only. We can't post, edit or delete anything on your channel.
Keeping your details up to date#
When you change your channel name, picture or handle on YouTube, ClipCrew picks it up on its own. Subscriber and view counts update the same way. Allow a few days for a change to show.
Instagram profiles aren't available to connect yet. You can still post clips to Instagram. See Post clips to YouTube and Instagram.
Disconnect your channel#
You can disconnect from Creator DNA at any time. We delete the Creator DNA we built from your channel when you do.
