Open your queue to see every video you’ve sent for clipping.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Queued | We've got your video and it's waiting its turn. |
| Uploading | Your file is still on its way to us. Keep the tab open until it finishes. |
| Processing | We're working on it. This has four stages: fetch, transcribe, find moments and render clips. |
| Complete | Your clips are ready to review. |
| Failed | Something went wrong. We've given your credits back. |
If a video seems stuck#
- Long videos take longer. Most finish in about half their running time.
- A file upload stops if you close the tab or lose your connection.
- If a job hasn't moved for an hour, email us the video link and we'll look into it.
