Delete your account
Ask us to delete your account and we’ll remove your profile, videos, clips and channel data within 30 days.

- Open Delete your account and enter your account email, or email hello@clipcrew.ai from that address.
- We reply to check the request came from you.
- Once you confirm, we delete your account.
Tip
If you pay for a plan, cancel it first so you’re not charged again.
What we delete#
- Your profile, password and two-step sign-in settings
- Videos you uploaded and the clips, captions and transcripts we made
- Linked social accounts and your YouTube access
- Your Creator DNA
What we keep#
We keep invoices for as long as tax law requires. They show the plan, amount and date, not your card, UPI or bank numbers.
How long it takes#
We delete your account within 30 days of you confirming. Backup copies are gone within a further 30 days.
Delete some data and keep your account#
- Delete videos and clips from your library. We also remove clips after 7 days on Free and up to 90 days on Pro Platinum.
- Disconnect a social account from the Publishing tab in your profile.
- Hide your profile from brands on the Brand value tab in Creator DNA.
