Delete your ClipCrew account

How to request deletion

1. 1. Enter the email on your ClipCrew account below and send the request, or email hello@clipcrew.ai from that address.
2. 2. We reply to confirm it's really you, so no one else can close your account.
3. 3. Once you confirm, we delete your account and data as set out below.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, email, profile photo, password and two-factor settings.
• Your content: videos and audio you uploaded, and the clips, captions and transcripts we made from them.
• Your connections: linked social accounts, your YouTube authorisation and any connected AI assistants.
• Your creator data: Creator DNA and the analysis built from your channel.
• Your licences: any Blade or Magnet licence keys issued to you and the device activations on them.

What we keep, and why

• Invoices and payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep them. These hold billing details such as the plan, amount and date, not your card, UPI or bank numbers.
• A minimal record where we must keep it to meet a legal obligation or to prevent fraud and abuse.

How long it takes

Once we confirm the request is yours, we delete your account and content within 30 days. Copies held in encrypted backups are removed as those backups cycle out, within a further 30 days.

Delete some data without closing your account

You don't have to delete your account to remove data:

• Delete individual videos and clips anytime from your library. We also delete them automatically after 7 to 90 days, depending on your account.
• Disconnect a social account in ClipCrew, or revoke ClipCrew's YouTube access in your Google security settings.
• If your channel is in our brand directory, remove it at clipcrew.ai/creators/remove.
