How the fit score works
The fit score out of 100 shows how well a creator matches your brand, and which signals it’s based on.
Updated 8 October 2026 · 1 min read
We score each creator against your brand profile and, inside a campaign, against that campaign. Scores update as soon as you change either.
| Part | Weight | What we check |
|---|---|---|
| Topic | 25% | How much of their channel is about your category and brief. |
| Audience | 20% | Their viewers’ language, where they live, and age and gender if you set them. |
| Performance | 20% | Views and likes against creators their size, and how often they post. |
| Price | 15% | Their rate against your budget, and whether their size fits your plan. |
| Brand safety | 10% | Flags in their videos and comments, and how much paid work they do. |
| Track record | 10% | Your history with them and how they’ve delivered on ClipCrew. |
A creator needs to do well on every part to score in the high 80s. Doing well on one part can’t make up for a poor fit on topic.
When we have less data#
If we can’t measure something about a creator, we count that part as average for them. A creator with little data won’t jump to the top or drop to the bottom.
If your profile is missing your languages, where you sell or a typical budget, we leave those parts out for everyone. The Creators page tells you what to add.
“Not enough data to score yet”#
We show this when we don’t know what a creator makes videos about, or know too little about them overall.
Confidence#
Next to each score we show how much we know. High means we measured most of what matters, including recent performance. Low means the score is a rough guide until you or the creator add more.
